Working with cross-functional stakeholders, you will assist with budget planning, business continuity, internal communications, and strategic initiatives. Program start date: January 2027 Program Details: The 6 months program is divided into two key phases (Phase 1 - Onboarding & Skilling, Phase 2 - On The Job Training) Phase one: Onboarding & Skilling Bootcamp (1 month) Professional and soft skilling courses including project management, change management, effective interpersonal skills, creativity and innovation, and time management. Support business operations, planning, logistics, and Rhythm of Business (RoB) activities. Assist with budget management, headcount administration, and financial tracking. Coordinate business continuity, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. Develop communications, presentations, reports, and leadership updates.Support team culture, capability-building, and organisational health initiatives. Contribute to special projects and programme execution in a dynamic business environment. Emirati National holding UAE Family Book. Fluency in English. You must be legally authorised to work in UAE to be eligible for this role. Completed a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Business Administration/Management, Engineering, or related field.
