Program start date: January 2027 Program Details: The 6 months program is divided into two key phases (Phase 1 - Onboarding & Skilling, Phase 2 - On The Job Training) Phase one: Onboarding & Skilling Bootcamp (1 month) Professional and soft skilling courses including project management, change management, effective interpersonal skills, creativity and innovation, and time management. Identify customer and market needs and collaborate with internal teams to develop appropriate solutions. Support pipeline development and territory planning activities. Contribute to customer engagements and relationship-building opportunities. Develop technical and commercial knowledge through mentorship, training, and hands-on experience. Emirati National holding UAE Family Book. Fluency in English. You must be legally authorised to work in UAE to be eligible for this role (Legally authorised = has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit). Currently pursuing/ completed a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Business Administration/Management, Engineering, or related field. Passion for technology and customer obsessed Displays stakeholder and relationship management across senior leaders, partners, and customers Proficient communication, analytical and presentation skills Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g. Azure)
