About the role This position holds joint accountability for managing and expanding sales activities within a dedicated customer portfolio across Romania and Moldova. The successful candidate will leverage a comprehensive understanding of regional market dynamics to execute strategies that drive commercial growth and achievement of organizational objectives. Furthermore, the role serves as a critical Technical Sales Support resource for the broader regional portfolio, delivering technical expertise and educational guidance to key business partners. Key Responsibilities This is a hybrid position based at our site in Remetea Mare (Timișoara), Romania. Strategic Portfolio Management & Relationship Excellence: Manage and expand an assigned customer base to meet commercial targets while delivering an exceptional experience to business partners and prospects to cultivate long-term value. Technical Consultation & Solution Engineering: Serve as a primary point of contact for technical inquiries via telephone and email, identifying and recommending optimal product solutions aligned with specific customer requirements. Proposal Management: Analyze customer needs to develop tailored technical specifications and comprehensive commercial offers across the full product portfolio. Market Education & Adoption: Act as a subject matter expert to educate end-users and converters, promoting specialized solutions and driving brand adoption. Cross-functional Collaboration & On-site Engagement: Collaborate cross-functionally with Field Sales Representatives (FSRs), Customer Service (CSR), and Technical Support teams, and conduct on-site customer visits for claims management, technical presentations, and business development. Required: Master’s degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in technical business support or commercial roles. Full professional proficiency in Romanian and English, both verbal and written. Willingness to master technical aspects of the pressure-sensitive industry and the broader printing and graphic solutions market.
