Sandisk is seeking an energetic and highly organized Early Talent Recruiter & Program Specialist to support our India Emerging Talent Strategy. This role combines recruiting, university relations, and program management responsibilities to help attract, hire, and engage top student talent while delivering an exceptional experience across Sandisk's Internship and New College Graduate (NCG) Programs. The successful candidate will partner with hiring managers, universities, and internal stakeholders to execute recruiting strategies, coordinate campus engagement activities, and support the delivery of high-impact early career programs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Early Talent Recruiting Support full-cycle recruiting activities for internship and new college graduate hiring across India. Source, screen, and engage students and recent graduates from target universities and technical institutes. Coordinate candidate assessments, interviews, and selection processes. Partner with hiring managers and recruiting teams to facilitate efficient hiring decisions. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Assist with offer preparation, offer discussions, pre-boarding, and onboarding activities. Maintain accurate recruiting data, hiring metrics, and candidate records within applicant tracking systems. Support hiring demand forecasting and workforce planning initiatives for early talent programs. University Relations & Campus Engagement Develop and maintain relationships with university career services teams, faculty members, student organizations, and placement offices. Support campus recruiting initiatives across premier engineering and business institutions. Coordinate campus presentations, information sessions, career fairs, hackathons, and technical engagement activities. Represent Sandisk at university recruiting events and student outreach programs. Support the execution of university partnership strategies to strengthen Sandisk's employer brand. Identify opportunities to expand engagement with target institutions and emerging talent communities. Early Talent Program Management Support the planning and execution of Sandisk's Internship and New College Graduate (NCG) Programs in India. Coordinate onboarding, orientation, learning experiences, networking events, leadership sessions, and program milestones. Manage communications with interns, NCGs, managers, mentors, and program stakeholders. Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to ensure successful program delivery. Track participant engagement, program effectiveness, conversion rates, and feedback metrics. Support intern-to-full-time conversion activities and workforce planning initiatives. Employer Branding & Student Engagement Promote Sandisk's employer brand through university partnerships, social media campaigns, and student-focused events. Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content highlighting career opportunities and employee experiences. Support diversity-focused and strategic talent pipeline initiatives. Assist in building Sandisk's reputation as an employer of choice within the university recruiting landscape. Required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field. 1-4 years of experience in campus recruiting, talent acquisition, university relations, HR, program management, or event coordination. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook. Willingness to travel to universities and recruiting events across India as required. Preferred Experience supporting campus recruiting or early talent programs within the semiconductor, technology, engineering, or manufacturing industries. Experience managing university partnerships and campus engagement initiatives. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Avature, Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms). Experience organizing large-scale student events, career fairs, hackathons, or internship programs. Knowledge of India's campus hiring landscape and relationships with leading engineering and business institutions. Experience analyzing recruiting metrics and program effectiveness data.
