Job Function: Career Programs Job Sub Function: Non-LDP Intern/Co-Op Job Category: Career Program All Job Posting Locations: Shanghai, China Job Description: BU Finance Intern（业务财务实习生） 工作地点：上海市徐汇区漕河泾 实习时间：每周5天，持续6个月优先 面向对象：211/985院校财务、金融专业本科及以上在读学生优先 ______________________ 强生视力健是全球眼健康领域的领导者之一，专注于为消费者提供创新的视力矫正产品和解决方案。旗下拥有广受认可的 ACUVUE® 安视优® 品牌，持续致力于通过创新科技提升视觉健康与佩戴体验，帮助全球消费者享受更清晰、更舒适的视界。 ______________________ 职位描述 1、预算计划制定 • 协助开展年度预算及滚动预测工作； • 与市场、销售等业务部门合作，收集经营信息并完成预算测算； • 跟踪预算执行情况，分析预算与实际结果之间的差异； • 支持业务部门达成财务及经营目标。 2、报告与沟通 • 定期准备财务及经营分析报告； • 支持月度、季度经营回顾材料制作； • 协助向业务团队清晰传达财务表现、未来预测及长期规划； • 参与跨部门会议并跟进关键行动项。 3、数据分析与战略支持 • 提供具有前瞻性、独立的财务洞察和分析； • 支持业务部门财务决策和战略规划； • 及早识别业务风险与机会； • 协助业务部门制定并推进相应应对行动。 ______________________ 职位要求 1、背景要求：211/985院校财务、金融专业本科及以上在读学生优先； 2、专业要求：财务、金融等相关专业优先； 3、能力要求：有CPA/ACCA者优先考虑；有相关财务实习经验优先；具备良好的中英文沟通能力和跨团队协作能力，较强的数据分析能力和逻辑思维能力； 熟练使用 Excel、Power Query、SAP、Think-cell 等数据分析及财务管理工具。 Required Skills: Preferred Skills:
