This position reports to: Head of Sales Instrumentation – Poland __ Your role and responsibilities We are looking for a new team member to join our Instrumentation Sales team in Poland. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with selected OEM and EPC customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sustainable growth across our Instrumentation portfolio, including Flow, Pressure, Temperature, Level, Positioners & Actuators, as well as Digital and Service Solutions. The work model for this role is: #Li-Hybrid Your responsibilities: Develop and execute a long-term business development strategy for selected OEM and EPC accounts in Poland Build, maintain and expand strategic customer relationships through regular customer engagement and business reviews Drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities, negotiating commercial agreements and achieving defined sales targets Collaborate closely with technical, proposal and project teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and support successful project execution Your background Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Process Engineering, or a related field Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, account management or business development within industrial automation, process industries or related sectors Knowledge of instrumentation technologies and measurement solutions will be considered a strong advantage Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and build long-term customer partnerships Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset Self-motivated and proactive approach with a strong drive for achieving results Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken More about us ABB's Measurement & Analytics division is among the world's leading providers of products and solutions that improve industrial productivity, efficiency and sustainability.
