This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to understand requirements and translating them into functional software solutions. The position demands continuous collaboration and iterative development to ensure the applications effectively support organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency. The engineer actively participates in refining application features and troubleshooting to maintain optimal performance and user satisfaction throughout the development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development. - Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve functionality and user experience. - Document technical specifications and application configurations to support future maintenance and upgrades. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Experience in developing responsive and scalable user interfaces using modern web technologies. - Strong understanding of component-based architecture and event-driven programming. - Ability to integrate Salesforce applications with external systems and APIs. - Familiarity with debugging tools and performance optimization techniques for web applications. - Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
