Work Flexibility: Onsite Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, with overtime as needed by the business. What You Will Do: Coordinate and support Material Review Board (MRB) activities for damaged and potentially nonconforming products. Investigate product quality issues, document findings, and drive timely resolution decisions. Inspect returned products and determine appropriate disposition actions. Partner with Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and 3PL teams to address product quality concerns. Maintain accurate quality records, investigations, and compliance documentation. Analyze quality trends, metrics, and recurring issues to identify improvement opportunities. Support root cause investigations and corrective actions using structured problem-solving methods. Contribute to continuous improvement, Lean, and Six Sigma initiatives to enhance operational performance. What You Need: Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 1+ years of quality, operations, manufacturing, or warehouse experience. Preferred: Experience with product inspections or nonconforming materials preferred. Knowledge of quality systems and compliance standards. Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP or WMS experience a plus. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
