The QA Officer is responsible to provides operational support for Quality Systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and the efficient management of key quality processes. This position reports to the Director, Site Quality and is part of the Quality Assurance team located in Grens, Switzerland and will be an on-site role. What you will do:Support the administration and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with applicable quality standards and regulatory requirements. Provide day-to-day support to Quality Process Owners for key quality processes including Deviations, CAPA, Change Control, Audit Management, Training, and Document Control. Coordinate routine QMS activities such as record management, workflow monitoring, metric collection, and follow-up of quality actions, monitor quality system effectiveness through data extraction, trending, KPI reporting, and preparation of management review inputs. Support the preparation, execution, and follow-up of internal and external audits, including tracking observations and associated action plans. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies, supporting root cause analysis activities, and implementing standardized solutions using DBS tools and lean methodologies. Who you are:Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Biotechnology, Quality Management, or a related discipline, with 0-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, or a regulated manufacturing environment. Familiarity with quality processes including CAPA, deviations, change control, document control, and audits is preferred. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, analytical mindset with the ability to collect, interpret, and present quality data and performance metrics. Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions; fluency in English and French (spoken and written). Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:Ability to travel up to 5%.
