Job Description: In order to support our Doors & Cabin Interiors Department, Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Leader Multifunctional Team (d/f/m) for Transparencies Your location At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield. Your tasks and responsibilities Development of Strategic Sourcing Strategies (PSS) for the dedicated Commodities Position holder has to ensure that procurement for Serial and Spare parts is secured in cooperation with Operative Procurement. Position holder shall ensure that all Repair and Service demands for the various Programs are being met in cooperation with Operative Procurement. Fully responsible for Price and Contractual negotiations within the given mandate. Negotiation of Development-, Production Investment-, Frame- and Service Level Contracts within the given mandate. Cooperation with dedicated interface departments within the scope of Development Projects and supplier Selection. Cooperation with dedicated interface departments within the scope of Supplier Evaluation (SED process). Responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of the Eurocopter Quality Standards which have to be met by the Supplier and the delivered Materials in cooperation with the dedicated interface departments Continuous surveillance of the dedicated Procurement Market. Operative Tasks: Placement of Purchase Orders for Non Recurring Costs within the scope of Developments. Responsible to clarify inaccuracies in invoices in cooperation with accounting department. Responsible to solve delivery shortages and quality problems in cooperation with the dedicated interface department and the Supplier Support of the Departments: Quality, Disposition, Offset, Obsolesence, Export Control and Customs Maintenance of SAP data. Strategic Tasks: Development of Strategic Sourcing Strategies (PSS) for the relevant Commodities. Position holder has to issue Request for Proposals according to the needs of the Programs and conduct the analysis in cooperation with dedicated interface departments until Supplier Selection is done. Responsible for the Contractualization of required Parts and Services in accordance with the Sourcing Strategy and under consideration of the dedicated Program needs and demands. Analysis and evaluation (Risks and Opportunities) of the Supply Markets Conduction of Price- and Value Analysis for Conduction of Supplier Evaluation and Development initiatives Desired skills and qualifications Degree in Business Administration and or Engineering. Experience in Management of international Selection- and Development Projects for flying products of aircrafts. Good Expertise in: Commercial-, Financial-, Contractual- and Project Management. Good understanding of the development process for aeronautical systems. Practical experience in the implementation of the quality process required in the aeronautical industry. High level of Communication Skills and Social Behavior. Experience in working with international Partners and Teams. Experience in Conflict Management. Strong Team Player.
