Job Function: Supply Chain Deliver Job Sub Function: Transportation Services Job Category: Professional All Job Posting Locations: Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Colombia, São José dos Campos, São Paulo, Brazil, São Paulo, Brazil Job Description: Job Description: Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for a(n) Trade Operations Digitalization & Automation Experience Analyst- Latam, located in Bogotá, Sao Paulo, or Sao Jose dos Campos We are looking for the best talent that supports the execution of the Trade Operations digital transformation agenda by identifying process improvement opportunities, enabling automation initiatives, and facilitating the adoption of digital solutions, and coordinating the Trade Operations project portfolio Key Responsibilities: Digitalization & Automation: Digitalization Strategy: Develop and implement digital roadmaps and transformation initiatives into international trade processes. Process Optimization: Analyze existing trade operations processes (transportation management, import/export documentation, customs clearance, trade compliance) and identify areas for improvement. Streamline workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational cost. Automation Implementation: Identify, evaluate, and implement automation tools such as robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), machine learning (ML), and blockchain to automate routine tasks, reduce manual intervention, and minimize errors. Data Management and Analytics: Develop data management strategies and utilize analytics tools to extract insights from trade data. Use data-driven approaches to optimize trade processes, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Sustainably: Leverage Digitalization and Automation application for suitability/ CO2 metrics and compensations tracking. Lead the implementation of digital trade solutions, including software integration, customization, and user training. Collaborate with global/regional and cross-functional teams to maximise digital tools. Project Portfolio Management: Coordinate Trade Operations project portfolio activities, including project tracking, reporting, documentation, and governance. Maintain project plans, action logs, timelines, risks, and dependency tracking. Support project managers and functional leads in monitoring project progress and deliverables. Prepare portfolio dashboards and status updates for leadership reviews. Facilitate project meetings, document key decisions, and follow up on action items. Support budget tracking and benefits realization reporting for digital initiatives. Communications & Collaborator Engagement: Develop and maintain communication materials related to Trade Operations initiatives and projects. Prepare executive presentations, newsletters, project updates, success stories, and leadership communications. Maintain communication channels that provide awareness of project progress, milestones, and business impact. Support change management efforts to drive awareness and adoption of new processes and digital solutions. Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities and leadership updates. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree/ University Professional in Logistics, Business administration, Systems or related careers Experience and Skills: Required: 5 years experience in trade operations / international trade or other logistics related fields 3 years of related experience in project management and digitalization and automation. Strong understanding in Latam Countries of international trade regulations, customs procedures, transportation and trade compliance requirements. Proven track record of successfully implementing projects with digital solutions and automation technologies within trade operations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Preferred: Proficiency in utilizing digital technologies such as RPA, AI, ML, blockchain, and data analytics for trade operations optimization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making for continuous improvement. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Certifications in international trade, project management, or relevant technologies are a plus.
