Job Description: Descripción de puesto: At the Airbus Helicopters site in Albacete, we are looking to strengthen our team as soon as possible with a new member for current and future projects for a Quality Line Side (QLS) MCA for the second shift Your workplace in Albacete: At our Albacete site, we develop tailbooms from the initial concept to the finished, airworthy product. Your advantages at Airbus: Exciting tasks involving unique products and services A very good working atmosphere with colleagues who are enthusiastic about our products Excellent training opportunities and good career development prospects These are your tasks with us: Conducting acceptance tests on Major Componant Assemblies (MCAs) Ensuring compliance with aviation law requirements Conducting First Article Inspections on internally produced assemblies Creation of NCs as well as initiation and monitoring of corrective actions Carrying out operations Surveillance of L1/L2 operators Preparation/ensuring final conformity Troubleshooting of systems and equipment for maintaining airworthiness Openness to change initiatives / Lean You possess the following qualifications/skills: Completed technical vocational training with further education as a technician is desirable. experience in aviation industry (e.g. Airframe, MCA, FAL, FL..) experience in Non Conformity Management (NCM) experience in Quality High social competence Reliable and assertive Quick perception ability Goal-oriented, independent and proactive work behavior Fluent Spanish and good English skills Willingness to undertake occasional business trips is required Este puesto requiere identificar los posibles riesgos que supone el incumplimiento, además de compromiso para actuar con integridad, ya que esta es la base del éxito, la reputación y el crecimiento sostenido de la Empresa.
