Responsibilities: Execute, assign, record and clasification of product documents with SAP environment and MS office tools Naming, classification and proper storage of inward documents from suppliers Checking and release of documents according to order text, EB standards, international directives and standards Clarification with engineering/purchasing or suppliers Compilation of mechanical seal documents for customer submission Initiate improvements ideas to automate the process to enchance the lead time with quality consistency Qualifications: Bachelor of science or any related department Minimum 2 years of experience as document controller in product industry Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English Strong workable knowledge in MS office tools : Excel, Word,Outlook,PDF editing tools Workable knowledge in SAP environment Preferred knowledge in Automation tools – Excel macros, Power Automate, Power Apps etc., ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
