Build scalable data pipelines for data acquisition, annotation, model training, evaluation, and monitoring. Design and implement production-ready AI services, APIs, and microservices. Collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into healthcare products. Contribute to application development, testing, debugging, and release activities during product delivery cycles. Deploy and monitor AI models using MLOps best practices, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance. Work with cross-functional teams including product management, clinical experts, and engineering to deliver innovative solutions. Ensure compliance with healthcare quality, privacy, security, and regulatory requirements. Educational Qualifications: Master's degree with 5+ years or PhD with 2+ years of experience in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Computational Linguistics, or related fields. Required Qualifications: Strong experience in NLP, Machine Learning, LLMs, RAG, Information Extraction, NER, and Text Analytics. Hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Hugging Face, NLTK/spaCy, and modern AI frameworks. Experience developing cloud-native applications, REST APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP, and MLOps practices. Strong software engineering and problem-solving skills with experience taking AI solutions from research to production. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Healthcare AI, Clinical NLP, or Medical Imaging. Experience supporting product releases in regulated environments.
