This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager Electrophysiology – Central Switzerland. Objectives of the Position Achieving growth objectives through effective coaching of the clinical sales team and strong project management Working closely with Clinical Training Lead to recruit, coach, develop and inspire Clinical Support Specialists Launching innovation across the region with the support of the New Technology Specialist Implementing a strategic business plan for sustainable growth in the area Building and cultivating long-term internal and external (customer) relationships Implementing the company goals in the business area Participating/leading conferences, seminars, and customer events (domestic and international) Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager and working closely with other sales related functions Responsible for employee management (e.g. performance management, employee development etc.) and communication What you will need to succeed Strong leadership coaching and communication skills Demonstrated ability to prioritize and focus. Track record of achieving consistently quarterly and annual targets Strong initiative and execution, overcoming obstacles and balancing multiple priorities effectively Great connecting skills in order to build strong partnerships with physicians, nurses and hospitals non-clinical stakeholders.
