Be the First Face of Learning and Development in the Royal Navy Do you enjoy helping people, delivering excellent customer service, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Join our Learning and Development Organisation (LDO) Hub and play a vital role in supporting Royal Navy personnel throughout their learning journey. As the first point of contact for learners, you'll provide a friendly and professional welcome, offer guidance on available support and funding opportunities, and ensure the smooth administration of examinations and educational programmes. Working closely with learners, colleagues, and awarding bodies, you'll help deliver an outstanding learner experience while supporting sailors to achieve the qualifications and skills they need for successful careers in the Royal Navy. Job title: Learning and Resettlement Administrator - Portsmouth Job Description: 🕒 Part-time role – 32 hours a week, Mon - Thurs 📍 Portsmouth 🔐 Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level. What you’ll be doing Be the first point of contact at the LDO Hub, welcoming learners and providing advice, guidance, and signposting to the right support services. Support the administration and delivery of examinations, ensuring processes are followed accurately and in line with awarding body requirements. Assist learners with funding applications and learning credit schemes, helping them access educational opportunities and development support. Liaise with examination boards, learners, and colleagues to maintain accurate records and ensure a smooth and positive learner experience.
