This Position reports to: Strategic Marketing Manager Your role and responsibilities : We are seeking a talented Market Research & Competitive Intelligence Analyst Intern to support market benchmarking, competitive analysis, and business intelligence initiatives. This role combines research expertise, data analytics, and strategic thinking to drive market-informed decision-making across the organization. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Motion Business High Power Division, Bangalore, India, Spain, Poland, Italy and Finland. You will be mainly accountable for: Develop and maintain competitor tools and frameworks for comprehensive market benchmarking. Lead market research projects and contribute to competitive intelligence initiatives that inform business strategy. Design and implement competitor newsletters to support ongoing market monitoring and stakeholder awareness . Update and maintain product release roadmaps in alignment with Business Line priorities and evolving market trends. Collect, consolidate, and visualize market data through development of dashboards and analytics tools. Support the creation and management of a centralized repository for business intelligence and market insights across Division teams. Qualifications for the role: Pursuing MBA (2027 Pass out) or equivalent advanced degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Strategy, Market Research, or related field Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Experience with market research methodologies and tools Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities More about us : ABB Motion provides pioneering technology, products, solutions and related services to industrial customers to increase energy efficiency, improve safety and reliability, and maintain precise control over processes.
