Are you finishing university or have you already gained your first few years of professional experience? Are you wondering where to best kick-start your career? Do you have a passion for technology, a sharp mind, and the drive to move things forward? At ABB, we are launching a new AI Transformation Trainee Program. We are looking for exceptional talents who are not afraid of change and want to be drivers of innovation. Over the course of 12–18 months, you will gain hands-on experience across the business, understand our processes in depth – and most importantly, identify where and how AI can help improve them. Your mindset? A combination of an entrepreneur, sharp analyst, and technology enthusiast. Your tools are curiosity, logic, AI, and good common sense. Your goal is to bring concrete ideas on how artificial intelligence can increase our efficiency and flexibility.
