The PositionAs a Sales Leader Primary Care, you will focus on building expertise and fostering the growth of team members, ensuring they're well-prepared to to excel in the primary care sector, delivering on financial commitments through the effective commercialization of our solutions across key stakeholders. Leading an agile team, you'll cultivate a culture that engages employees in expanding our products and services to reach more patients, contributing to the long-term sustainability of the healthcare system. You'll also take charge of achieving all main financial goals, responsible for leading the Primary Care Sales team with a main focus on our Continuous Glucose Monitoring solution and potential other solutions from our Near Patient Care portfolio (BGM, LumiraDx). Responsibilities therefore entail direct promotion, business development activities and/or establishing and managing distributor partnerships. All of the above ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The Opportunity You will optimize sales and profits, utilizing trend data to maximize opportunities, minimize risks, and deliver on financial commitments for short-term performance and long-term growth while ensuring compliance. You will advocate and empower team members to promote the importance of high medical value proposition and collaborate closely with medical and marketing functions You lead and coach the local team, prioritizing objectives and ensuring alignment with organizational strategy. Your leadership fosters integrity and team spirit, driving commercial effectiveness through new ways of working and organizational capability development. You stay close to the market and customers, identifying business opportunities, setting the direction for the salesforce, and analyzing market trends and threats to inform strategic decisions. You support marketing, branding, and product awareness initiatives, fostering enduring, value-driven relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and quality systems. You monitor and provide feedback on training programs and needs for external stakeholders, contributing to enhancing stakeholder relationships and driving business success. Additionally, you analyze and report sales plan implementation and progress on annual sales targets. You drive business development activities for prioritized solutions from the Near Patient Care portfolio (e.g. LumiraDx), accelerating product adoption—executing both through direct commercial efforts and high-impact collaborations with selected partners and distributors Who You Are You hold a University Degree in Natural/Life Sciences, Engineering, Economics or similar; a Master Degree with a major in BA/Management, Marketing or Finance is highly preferred. You have ideally more than 5 years of sales teams management and project management experience preferably in the Healthcare sector where proven track record in Cardiometabolic Therapeutic Area would be considered an asset as well as experience in product launches. Fluent in English and Greek, you embody visionary leadership, fulfilling roles as an architect, coach and catalyst, always prioritizing long-term impact. You excel in embracing curiosity and novel technologies, skillfully assessing risks and opportunities while challenging conventional approaches. With a background in authentic leadership and international marketing/sales, you champion diversity and inclusion, complemented by strong team skills, empathy, and top-notch communication, enabling you to forge relationships and inspire others effectively.
