The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a key strategic partner supporting Corporate Functions and the Bridgewater, NJ site. This highly visible role partners closely with leaders to align people strategies with business objectives, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and drive talent outcomes. The HRBP serves as a trusted advisor, leveraging business insight, workforce analytics, and HR expertise to influence decision-making, build leadership capability, and foster a high-performing, engaged workforce. This position provides a unique opportunity to collaborate with leaders on organizational strategy, talent planning, change management, and employee engagement initiatives that support Repligen's continued growth and success.Strategic Business Partnership Partner with leaders to develop and execute people strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational performance. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing counsel on organizational effectiveness, talent risks, leadership capability, workforce planning, and business transformation initiatives. Leverage workforce analytics and business insights to identify trends, assess organizational health, and influence leadership decisions through data-driven recommendations. Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness Lead organizational effectiveness initiatives including organizational design, workforce planning, change management, and team effectiveness. Drive talent management processes including performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, leadership development, and development planning to strengthen organizational capability and business performance. Coach leaders on talent strategy, performance, employee development, organizational design, and team effectiveness. Partner with leaders to identify critical talent needs and build strategies to support employee engagement, retention, and growth. Employee Experience & Culture Partner with key stakeholders to foster an inclusive, high-performing culture and strengthen employee engagement. Assess organizational trends and employee feedback to proactively identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience. Support leaders through organizational change initiatives by developing and implementing effective change management strategies. Employee Relations & Risk Management Partner with leaders to proactively manage employee relations matters, assess organizational risk, conduct investigations as needed, and implement effective resolution strategies. Provide guidance on policy interpretation, employment practices, and HR processes while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies. Cross-Functional Collaboration & HR Programs Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to implement and execute enterprise-wide HR initiatives. Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects. Partner with business leaders and HR colleagues to drive consistency, effectiveness, and scalability of people practices across the organization. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. 7 + years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience supporting business leaders in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR role. Experience working in a global, matrixed organization. Demonstrated success partnering with leaders to solve complex business challenges through talent and organizational solutions. Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategies to business priorities. Experience in organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and change management. Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish credibility at all levels of the organization. Strong consulting, coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Proven analytical capabilities with experience leveraging HR data and insights to drive decision-making. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, operate independently, and exercise sound judgment. Willingness to travel up to 20%. The estimated salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $140,000-$180,000. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
