Deine Ausbildung bei uns Als Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnologe (m/w/d) arbeitest du mit modernen Spritzguss- und Automatisierungstechnologien und lernst, wie hochwertige Kunststoffprodukte entstehen. Einsatzgebiet Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnologie: Kunststoff in Form bringen – das ist das Motto eines Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnologen (m/w/d). Bei uns lernst du den gesamten Produktionsprozess moderner Kunststoffbauteile kennen. Du richtest Spritzgießmaschinen und Roboteranlagen ein, überwachst die Fertigung und sorgst für höchste Qualitätsstandards. Zudem erwirbst du Kenntnisse in der Metall- und Kunststoffbearbeitung sowie in Hydraulik- und Pneumatiksystemen. Mit moderner EDV-Technik steuerst und optimierst du Produktionsprozesse und wirst Schritt für Schritt zum Experten für hochwertige Kunststoffprodukte ausgebildet. Im Einzelnen umfasst das hauptsächlich, folgenden Aufgaben: Prozessabläufe zu steuern, zu überwachen und zu optimieren Arbeitsabläufe innerhalb der Produktion zu koordinieren Technische Anlagen, Spritzgießmaschinen und Robotersysteme einzurichten, zu bedienen und zu überwachen Maschinenläufe aufmerksam zu beobachten und mögliche Funktionsstörungen frühzeitig zu erkennen Störungen an Maschinen und Anlagen zu analysieren und zu beheben Produktions- und Prozessparameter kontinuierlich zu überprüfen und anzupassen Produktions- und Materialdaten mithilfe moderner EDV-Systeme auszuwerten Die Qualität der gefertigten Produkte sicherzustellen und zu kontrollieren Für einen reibungslosen Material- und Produktionsfluss zu sorgen Was du mitbringen solltest Anforderungen: Sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise Technisches Interesse und Neugier für moderne Produktionsverfahren Gutes räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen Hohes Maß an Beobachtungsgenauigkeit und Aufmerksamkeit Handwerkliches Geschick und Freude am praktischen Arbeiten Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Qualitätsbewusstsein Teamfähigkeit und Lernbereitschaft Voraussetzungen: Qualifizierter Hauptschulabschluss, Mittlere Reife, Abitur Ausbildungsdauer: 3 Jahre Ablauf und Berufsschule: Du startest mit der Grundausbildung „Metall“ und lernst anschließend die Fachbereiche Werkzeugbau, Produktion und Spritzerei kennen. Der Berufsschulunterricht findet an der Berufsschule in Waiblingen statt und vermittelt dir neben fachlichen Kenntnissen unter anderem Inhalte aus den Bereichen Berufliche Kompetenz, Wirtschaftskompetenz, Projektkompetenz, Gemeinschaftskunde, Deutsch und Englisch.
