In this role you are responsible for the effectiveness of the sales force through the development, delivery, and implementation of an SFE framework that provides insights and supports the implementation, tracking and measurement of business strategies and initiatives to maximize sale and market share. This position will report into the Commercial Excellence Director EMEA, while working collaboratively and cross-functionally (e.g. leading without direct authority) with the commercial teams, Marketing and Pricing & Contracting. Your Tasks: Drive analysis and provide recommendations and integrated consultancy to Management for decision making Control implementation and execution related to sizing & structure, territory design, goal setting, planning and reporting in salesforce.com as well as tracking of marketing activity execution Identify & implement best practices of managing customers, opportunities and sales cycles within customer relationship system (CRM). Drive continuous improvement initiatives Support the evaluation & identification of improvements to sales force effectiveness across EMEA and partner with Regional Commercial Excellence teams to remediate issues. Help articulate the strategic significance of quality data to the organization Perform various data sets/outputs analytics, provide actionable business insights andrecommendations for business initiatives. Drive for automation of those analysis Monitor country and sales reps individual performance against agreed Salesforce KPIs, and work with countries and the Region to identify opportunities for improvement Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional policies, processes and procedures. Your Qualification: Masters degree in Economics 2-3 years experience in working in a similar role and handling business complexity Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and analytical thinking Able to communicate with different levels of the organization and across multiple cultures. Able to convey complex information in a simplified way that allows for actionable decision making Results driven - confident, thrives on hard work and consistent challenges. Monitorsquantitative progress measures and acts quickly on deviations from plan Analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of Master Data Management, Data Governance, and Data Quality principle preferred. Knowledge of Sales Force.com required, experience on DOMO preferred Able to communicate fluently and effectively in English.
