Principais Responsabilidades: Apoiar os processos de recrutamento e seleção, incluindo triagem de currículos e agendamento de entrevistas; Realizar contato com candidatos, gestores e parceiros; Auxiliar na elaboração de apresentações, comunicados e materiais da área; Apoiar ações de integração de novos colaboradores; Dar suporte aos projetos e iniciativas de Business Partner; Atualizar controles, planilhas e indicadores da área; Organizar documentos e acompanhar processos administrativos relacionados à gestão de pessoas; Apoiar eventos, treinamentos e ações de desenvolvimento. Auxiliar nas demandas do Programa de Jovem aprendiz e Estágio Perfil Comportamental: Boa comunicação verbal e escrita; Facilidade para falar em público e realizar apresentações; Proatividade e iniciativa; Organização e senso de responsabilidade; Boa capacidade de relacionamento interpessoal; Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e lidar com diferentes demandas simultaneamente.
