Job description

Job ResponsibilitiesSupport systems engineering activities, including the definition, analysis, documentation, and validation of system-level requirements and product behavior. Assist in technical coordination activities, design reviews, testing efforts, and follow-up of action items across multidisciplinary teams. Collaborate with hardware, software, validation, and project stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution and delivery. Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of technical specifications, reports, project documentation, and engineering records to ensure visibility and traceability. Support root cause analysis and structured problem-solving activities to help improve product quality and system performance. Communicate technical information effectively and contribute to a collaborative engineering environment. Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field. Recent graduates and students nearing graduation are encouraged to apply. Practical experience gained through academic projects, laboratory work, internships, student competitions, or extracurricular technical activities is considered a strong advantage. Basic knowledge of engineering, design, verification, programming, simulation, or laboratory tools relevant to the role; a strong willingness to learn and develop new skills is essential. Solid foundation in engineering principles, analytical thinking, problem-solving, testing methodologies, and technical documentation. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Proactive mindset, curiosity, and enthusiasm for learning in a fast-paced technology environment. Nice to HaveExposure to embedded systems, semiconductor technologies, hardware-software integration, or system validation. Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python, C, or C++. Familiarity with requirements management, testing, or systems engineering concepts.
