As Labor Relations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting labor relations and employee relations activities across our Danish organization. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers and HR Business Partners on Danish labor law, collective agreements, local agreements, HR policies, and employee relations matters. Your expertise will help ensure compliance, foster constructive collaboration with employee representatives, and support a positive employee experience. This position is located at our headquarters in Brønshøj, Denmark, and reports to the Senior Manager, HR Site Denmark. The position is a 9- month maternity cover. In this role, you will: Advise managers, HR Business Partners, and employees on labor law, collective agreements, employee relations, and workplace matters. Partner closely with employee representatives and act as secretary to the Danish Works Council. Support negotiations, implementation, and ongoing administration of collective bargaining agreements and local agreements. Ensure compliance with Danish labor legislation, collective agreements, and company policies. Be responsible for employee relations cases, including sick leave management, disciplinary cases, and other workplace matters. Drive and support HR projects related to regulatory changes, collective bargaining outcomes, and process improvements. The essential requirements of the job include: 3+ years of experience working with Danish labor law, employee relations, and collective agreements. Strong knowledge of Danish labor market regulations and collaboration with employee representatives and works councils. Ability to navigate complex employee relations matters with confidence and sound judgment. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience leading or participating in projects and change initiatives. Fluency in written and spoken Danish and English. It would be a plus if you also possess: Experience from a manufacturing environment. Experience working in an international matrix organization. Knowledge of HR systems.
