Job description
Developer Community & Experiences Lead We are seeking a strategic, developer-centered leader to build a year-round community and engagement strategy that accelerates adoption of AI and developer tools. This role will design experiences that help developers discover new capabilities, build practical confidence, connect with peers, and continue using tools long after an event ends. You will lead a portfolio of developer conferences, targeted events, bootcamps, hands-on labs, hackathons, competitions, demos, and office hours. Working closely with product, engineering, learning, and content teams, you will ensure these experiences are purposeful, inclusive, and tied to adoption outcomes. Success will be measured through engagement quality, skill growth, repeat participation, community advocacy, and sustained tool use—not attendance alone.
