What will you be responsible for? Bringing energy, knowledge, innovation, and leadership to: Participate in routine and non-routine HPLC testing of manufacturing and small-scale development material, following all relevant SOPs. Maintain HPLC systems to a high standard and troubleshoot system issues as required. Operate as an integral part of the Process Sciences team, performing varied technical duties. Review and trend test results. Run and troubleshoot various pharmaceutical unit operations at small scale. Participate in daily Technical meetings, communicating testing progress, deviations, and updates effectively. Ensure strict adherence to all quality requirements within the department on a daily basis. Apply problem-solving techniques to troubleshoot equipment/experimental issues. Support audit and inspection readiness to maintain department compliance. Collaborate by sharing your skills and expertise with others. Participate in and drive continuous improvement initiatives in lab. Ensure compliance with our company's Global Policies, Procedures, Guidelines, regulatory requirements, including accurate record maintenance.
