Job Description Position Overview The Intern MS&T provides a range of technical support to the site in particular Manufacturing Sciences and Technology (MS&T). This is a learning role, but they can take a lead in utilising the latest innovations in technology and automation to create a workplace of the future. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: • Provides technical support to Manufacturing and/or Quality Control including training, process and product impact assessments. • Support activities in the MS&T department based on business requirements. • Supporting multidisciplinary teams (manufacturing science and technology, quality, analytics, regulatory) for process improvement and troubleshooting with end-to-end product focus • Ensure compliance with Global Policies, Procedures and Guidelines, regulatory requirements and execute current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) in the performance of day-to-day activities and all applicable job functions. • Author/Review/Approve/Execute documentation in line with the standard process. • Assist in and facilitate investigations, ensuring effective Root Cause Analysis and CAPAs. • Participate in audits and inspections. • Support continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies. • Support various site initiatives to improve compliance status and overall operational efficiency of the site. Qualification and Skills Requirements: General competencies: • A self-starter and results-focused, the successful candidate will have strong contemporary knowledge, and the ability to work independently and on multidisciplinary teams.
