JOB DESCRIPTION: Develop and maintain production plans based on business requirements on an ad hoc basis. Monitor raw material availability and supplier delivery schedules, and adjust production plans accordingly. Maintain and update MPC/PP-related data. Calculate machine and manpower capacity loading. Track production plan execution and shipment performance. Analyze and report work order closure yield and production efficiency on the manufacturing lines. Support the supervisor in achieving departmental KPIs and handling other assigned tasks. Coordinate planning-related activities for WCM Sales & Operations Meetings (S&OP) and Material Planning weekly meetings. Complete tasks assigned by the supervisor and handle related exceptions and issues in a timely manner. JOB REQUIREMENTS: At least 2 years of experience in Production Planning, Material Planning, or a related field. Hands-on experience with SAP systems is required. Familiar with production planning processes, production scheduling, and material planning control (MPC). Good command of Chinese; candidates with good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills will also be an advantage. Detail-oriented, accuracy-focused, and possessing a strong safety awareness. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain good 5S workplace practices.
