As part of the Value Chain Excellence organization, the Global Supply Chain Reliability and End-to-End Performance Management team helps leaders understand how the supply chain is performing, identify potential risks earlier, and coordinate actions to improve reliability. The team creates common ways to measure performance, review results, assign ownership, and follow through on improvement opportunities so that issues are addressed clearly, consistently, and with the needs of patients and customers in mind. The Global Supply Chain Reliability Co-op role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the global end-to-end supply chain landscape, while contributing to meaningful initiatives that are positioned to improve the reliability of supply to our patients. Key Responsibilities of the Role:Conduct data analytics and trending via AI and other means, while overseeing global end-to-end (E2E) stockout program management, and generating monthly metric reports. Formulate metrics and user requirements for the digitization of end-to-end performance management processes. Collaborate effectively across all functions within the global supply chain (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Quality). Regularly update senior leaders on the status of supply reliability and end-to-end performance. Lead the development and deployment of cross-organizational tools to advance digital enablement. Projects, aligned with organizational commitments, encompass tasks like supply chain cycle time analysis and global import/export process improvements. Target Hire Date: 01/04/2027Target End Date: 07/16/2027 Qualifications: Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing Engineering, Supply Chain, Statistics, or similar type major. Candidates must be detail-oriented, highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks Strong data analysis skills Candidates must have the ability to work individually as well as on a team Candidates need to be proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel: High proficiency with generating pivot tables and graphs is required Expertise in Power Point is required Candidate Eligibility Requirements Candidates must: Be authorized to work in the US without current or future sponsorship requirements. Remain actively enrolled in their academic program throughout the entire internship period. Be available to work 40 hours per week during the internship. Should have a minimum GPA of 3 Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship. Required Skills: Preferred Skills: The anticipated base pay range for this position is : $23.00/hr to $51.50/hr Additional Description for Pay Transparency: The expected pay range for this position is between $23.00 per hour and $51.50 per hour but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. Co-Ops/Interns are eligible to participate in Company sponsored employee medical benefits in accordance with the terms of the plan. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington, up to 56 hours per calendar year. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension).
