Job Description: Lead and develop the portfolio strategy for China consumer health care (CHC) portfolios.​ Analyzes the relevant CHC portfolio, market, and competitors to develop GTM plans and storytelling that drive category growth (consumer skin care & consumer first-aid)​ Portfolio Management/LCM, owning the profit center business results including topline sales, std GM% as well as pricing.​ CHC portfolio NPI Pipeline & Launch:​ Understands consumer behavior and identifies unmet needs, to lead local NPIs and influence global team in product global innovation.​ Launches new products with a comprehensive marketing plan.​​ Responsible for achieving the standard margin of the profit center by establishing a base price strategy for each portfolio.​​ Develops a price increase plan to optimize margins and counteract inflation or changes in costs.​ Learn more about 3M’s creative solutions to the world’s problems at www.3M.com or on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn @3M.
