The OpportunityAs the Merchandising & Perfect Store Lead, lead end-to-end merchandising and Perfect Store execution across assigned trade channels, driving in-store availability, visibility, compliance, agency performance and execution excellence through structured governance, data-led insights and cross-functional collaboration. What You’ll DoLead merchandising operations and field execution across all offline channels; own core execution KPIs including OOS, MSL, display compliance, call compliance, planogram, POSM & pricing compliance. Own end-to-end Perfect Store program, including audit framework, store universe, monthly performance review, score analysis, root-cause identification and closure of corrective actions. Manage merchandising agencies and field force performance covering manpower planning, recruitment support, territory coverage, journey planning, productivity, reporting accuracy and SLA delivery. Partner with KAM and relevant stakeholders to resolve availability and execution gaps, clarify ownership and drive corrective action at account and store level. Lead planogram changes and vetting code execution, ensuring agreed commercial requirements are accurately translated, validated and consistently implemented in the field. Lead urgent field priorities including product recalls, stocks verification, evidence correction and ad-hoc execution checks. Ensure field data, photo evidence and reporting are accurate and decision-ready; translate merchandising and Perfect Store results into actionable business insights and structured stakeholder updates. Drive continuous improvement of merchandising processes, reporting tools and Power BI-linked dashboards; act as escalation point for field execution issues. Lead vetting code execution, ensuring correct implementation, validation and compliance of agreed execution codes / store-level requirements before field deployment and closure. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to clarify code requirements, resolve execution discrepancies and ensure consistent interpretation across field teams. RequirementsExperienceMinimum 3-5 years of work experience. Relevant work experience/industry is an advantage. SkillsProficiency in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and derive actionable insights. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Personal AttributesProactive, self-motivated and driven with a passion for driving commercial growth. Strong analytical mindset with a result-oriented approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
