The Global M&S Services acts as a cornerstone to this effort. Our team is responsible for delivering and supporting Global M&S teams by acting as a crucial link between our R&D and Manufacturing facilities, playing a vital role in securing the present portfolio and delivering future launches of high-quality and innovative drugs and vaccines. Main responsibilities: Develop and communicate clear objectives and goals, manage the team, assign and follow-up on activities, align team activities with the overall strategic direction of the regional hub Oversee the preparation and issuance of documentation, including protocols and reports and ensure timely and accurate completion of all report issuance tasks Monitor workflow and adjust resources as necessary to maintain efficiency and productivity Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members, identify skills gaps and provide targeted training and development opportunities Facilitate effective communication between the team and the regional qualification team manager Report on team performance, challenges, and achievements to the regional qualification team manager Ensure all report issuance activities comply with established internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements Stay updated on regulatory changes and adjust team processes accordingly Collaborate with internal customers (sites) to understand their needs and expectations Develop and implement processes to enhance service levels and customer satisfaction Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by internal customers promptly About you: Experience: >3 years professional experience in qualification + HA inspections and proven leadership track record Soft skills: Proficient in problem-solving, attention to detail, and good organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a flexible and proactive manner. Strong analytical skills. Agile thinker and learner, adaptable to complex & dynamic environments Technical skills: Quality systems (e.g., Veeva, Kneat), Word, Excel, Power Point Education: Master’s or bachelor’s degree Languages: Excellent English communication and writing, proficiency in one of the listed languages preferred: French, German, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Hungarian, Turkish Be part of something exceptional. The salary range for this position is :Ft10 944 000,00 - Ft16 416 000,00Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors.
