Air Liquide Healthcare Ireland has over 30 years experience and specialises in treating and monitoring respiratory diseases in the patient's home supporting multiple therapies: Home Oxygen Nebulisers Ventilations Sleep We currently provide such therapies to over 10,000 patients across Ireland (combined private and public healthcare). Our field based operations team consist of Healthcare Technicians and Patient Care & Sales Specialists, who ensure that our patients receive the support that they need whilst using our equipment. From installation, training on how to use equipment, servicing and removal. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Full Time Customer Service Agent We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Agent to join the team at our site in Stratus House Blanchardstown, Reporting to the Office Administration Manager. The successful candidates will join an experienced team to deliver exceptional homecare services to thousands of customers in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland working between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday with some work on Saturdays also within scope. Applicants should have previous experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry or in a pertinent industry. Remuneration packages are dependent on relevant experience Main responsibilities include: · Answering queries from home care patients and healthcare staff in a dynamic environment · Liaise and coordinate with internal and external contacts to resolve daily delivery issues · Processing orders and tasks for field staff onto our bespoke database · Ensuring all service levels and targets are not only achieved but are exceeded regularly · Any other ad-hoc office administration duties that may arise Ideally the candidate should possess the following attributes · Customer focused · Excellent telephone manner and attention to detail · Ability to prioritize workload · Flexible approach to all areas of the role · Strong communication and organizational skills · Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Word & Excel. · Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics systems desirable but not essential. Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training on our services, products and systems.
