Job Description: An opportunity for a Materiel Solutions and IP Engineer has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid). The selected candidate will join the Materiel Solutions & Services Team. The department is responsible for researching and analyzing spares planning and logistics data to convert findings into high-value contracts for Initial Provisioning, Customized Spares Logistics, and Customized Lead-Time. In this role, you will support customer process improvements and define robust material solutions across major defense programs, including Eurodrone. RESPONSIBILITIES Participate in Eurodrone supplier selection, analyzing material services contributions and part requirements. Develop customized spare parts lists (IPL and RSPL) using aircraft configuration systems knowledge to meet Customer and ADS requirements. Represent Airbus Defence and Space directly in front of the Customer during Initial Provisioning milestones. Generate comprehensive technical and operational documentation to support overall Material Solution definitions. Align all Materiel Services functional and performance aspects across internal Airbus teams, Partner Companies, Suppliers, and Nations. Consolidate integrated data, cost bases, and assumptions to build precise Bidding Dossiers and enhance Spares Modelling accuracy. SKILLS Is your profile aligned to the following list of skills? Apply! We are looking forward to know you: Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline. Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in MRO, engineering design, or manufacturing. Soft skills: High adaptability to work on new topics, emerging business needs, and in a collaborative networking mode. Languages: Advanced level in English (written and spoken). Technical knowledge: Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance, technical manuals, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
