Job Description: Aufgaben: Bedienen und Überwachen der Galvanikanlagen inkl. Be- und Entladen Bedienen und Überwachen der dazugehörigen Abwasseranlage sowie der Zu-/Abluft-Anlagen Chromatieren von Bauteilen und Nieten Abdecken von Bauteilen ​Beheben von kleinen Störungen und Durchführung von kleinen Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen Durchführung von Badneuansätzen und Badpflege Entnahme von Wasserproben / Aktivbädern zur Analyse und ggf. Badkorrekturen Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen an Bauteilen und bearbeiten von prozessbegleitenden Proben Qualifikationen: Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Galvaniseur / Oberflächenbeschichter Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit Chemikalien wünschenswert Erfahrungen mit dem Lesen von Zeichnungsvorgaben EDV-Kenntnisse Teamfähigkeit, Selbstständigkeit und Flexibilität Besonderheit: Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit / Rufbereitschaft This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
