Role Summary The Finance Analyst supports Manufacturing Operations Finance, with primary focus on data analytics, consolidation, reporting automation, and process improvement. This role is responsible for transforming financial and operational data into clear, accurate, and actionable insights that support business decision-making, operational performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Data Analytics, Consolidation & Reporting Consolidation & Management Reporting Consolidate financial and operational data across multiple sources to support recurring management and operational reporting. Prepare dashboards, reports, and analysis packages that provide clear visibility into key performance indicators and business trends. Review, validate, and reconcile data to ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy of reported information. Support management reporting requirements by organizing data into structured, reliable, and easy-to-understand outputs. Data Cleansing, Validation & Reconciliation Maintain and improve recurring reports, dashboards, and data models using Excel, Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, SAP, Copilot, Claude, or similar tools. Identify opportunities to automate repetitive manual activities, reduce turnaround time, and improve report accuracy. Develop or support scalable reporting solutions that improve visibility, efficiency, and data accessibility. Test and validate reporting tools, dashboards, and automation outputs to ensure reliable results. Reporting Automation & Digital Transformation Document reporting logic, data definitions, processes, assumptions, and standard work instructions. Review existing reporting and finance processes to identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, automation, and control improvement. Support continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen reporting accuracy, workflow efficiency, and stakeholder experience. Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to align reporting outputs and process improvements with business needs. Process Improvement & Documentation Document reporting logic, data definitions, process flows, assumptions, controls, and standard work instructions. Review existing finance and reporting processes to identify opportunities to simplify, automate, improve controls, or enhance scalability. Support process improvements that enhance reporting accuracy, close efficiency, forecast visibility, turnaround time, and stakeholder experience. Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to align reports, analytics, and process improvements with business needs. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field. Experience in finance reporting, data analytics, business analytics, manufacturing finance, or related analytical work. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex datasets while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail. Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data structuring; experience with Power BI, Power Query, SAP, Copilot, Claude, or similar reporting and analytics tools preferred. Good communication skills with the ability to explain data, analysis, issues, and recommendations clearly to finance and business stakeholders. Preferred Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, operations, finance, or shared services environment. Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems. Knowledge of reporting automation, data modeling, digital finance transformation, or workflow automation. Experience with Power Automate, SQL, VBA, Python, or similar analytics and automation tools. Continuous improvement mindset with demonstrated proactiveness in improving reporting efficiency, data accuracy, and process quality.
