Job Title: Specialist, Customer Acquisition Job Description The Sales Representative is responsible for demonstrating the value and benefits of our client’s products or services through customer engagement, with a primary focus on selling and/or renewing contracts. This role is responsible for effectively articulating the value of products or services to customers.Key Responsibilities: Identify and prospect new B2B clients through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and decision-making potential (BANT / MEDDICC framework) Conduct discovery calls and product presentations tailored to corporate clients Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closing Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns and messaging Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Achieve and exceed monthly acquisition and revenue targets Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities Minimum Requirements - Must Have: At least 12 months of outbound sales experience At least 6 months of cold-calling experience HS / SHS Graduate Strong communication skills - CSVAR High B2 and above Comfortable working in a high-volume calling and high-rejection environment; must be resilient and target-driven Strong objection handling and probing skills Experience dealing with business owners or decision-makers is preferred Preferred Profile - Strong Preference: 1-2+ years of outbound B2B sales experience Proven cold-calling and prospecting background Experience in any of the following: Lead Generation / Prospecting Appointment Setting Merchant Acquisition Industry background in any of the following is highly preferred: SaaS, Telecommunications, Digital Advertising, Logistics, or BPO Outbound Sales Location: PHL Makati City - SLC Language Requirements: Time Type: Full time
