The PositionThis role is to cover maternity leave. You will lead the planning and implementation of projects that support the marketing function. Interact directly with the Squad Lead to identify new marketing opportunities, prepares regular marketing activity reports and responds to more complex questions from the Sales Team. Responsibilities may also include: developing future e-commerce strategies, and tracking of marketing campaigns to evaluate results and collaborate on innovative future marketing promotions. Provides in-depth specialist knowledge and may coach colleagues and help others develop expertise/skills. This role is located in Sofia, Bulgaria and will report to the Squad Lead for Oncology Therapeutic Area. Key Areas of Responsibilities -Omnichannel campaign planning and creation targeting customers with personalized content every cycle. Therapeutic Areas messages/materials/ communication content for digital platforms in collaboration with the Digital Enabler - Network Enablement -Involvement in the network with at least 25% of the time - Gather field insights and use them for customer journey updates and engagement optimization- customer-facing activity -Perform and participate in product knowledge and customer experience trainings -Collaborate with the Patient Journey Partners (PJP) in Bulgaria where needed to provide the support required to enable regional/global networks to identify or share new opportunities, initiatives and co-create solutions that answer local needs and drive value for the patients and Disease Area (DA) stakeholders in Bulgaria -Collaborate closely with the Communication and Multichannel Excellence Enabler, the Business Analytics Enabler and PAGs Enabler to ensure effective digital communication -Collaborate with other local Enablers and the network to create value for the ecosystems in Bulgaria -Support the business planning and forecasting process Who You Are -Growth Mindset - open to agile learning, seek and use opportunities and act as a catalyst with proactive approach to "push things forward" -Disease landscape (Oncology) understanding and product knowledge -Proven Marketing work experience and knowledge, including thorough planning & forecasting activities management - Analytical mindset and strategic thinking -Willingness for strong collaboration -Servant Leadership Skills -Cultural and organizational agility -Stakeholder Management -Strong influencing skills -Ability to connect beyond the country -Cross-functional leadership -Ability to set priorities and manage multiple projects with conflicting deadlines -Has demonstrated Roche Values, leadership commitments & core competencies to a consistently high level Expertise and Experience: -Education: Master degree in Pharmacy, Medicine or Life Science -Fluent in local language and in English to collaborate internally across the broader Roche enterprise -Proven work experience (3+ Years) in the Pharmaceutical Industry -Experience in TAE relationship management -Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry competitive landscape, life cycle management process, and relevant therapeutic areas -Experience in the principles and techniques of marketing analytics -Business Planning and Forecasting techniques experience -Knowledge of digital landscapes and content creation Candidate Selection Process All applications will be considered confidential.
