Location: 221 Gregson Dr, Cary NC 27511 Position Title: Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect Salary: $170,000- $192,730 per year Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 40 Hours/Week Summary of Duties: Act as Senior technical authority in a large-scale ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) implementation for a Healthcare company. Design technical solutions by translating business requirements within complex business contexts into best in class - performant, scalable, resilient - ServiceNow technical designs. Contribute to influencing change of business processes that can be optimized for better end-resulting technical designs. Mentor as needed other solution architects and developers within the team. Connect generic design inputs from product vendors (e.g. ServiceNow) and service partners (e.g ServiceNow implementation partners) within the company’s business context and industry regulatory constraints. Orchestrate pragmatic and balanced technical decisions in such complex environments. Have a “customer” attitude regarding implementing ServiceNow. Build such products that you would happily own for many years to come. Create design standards for a hybrid implementation team (internal and external, local/regional and near/offshore). Design architectural governance processes to ensure design standards adoption. Stay up to date with the ever-evolving ServiceNow platform products with a heavy focus on core platform functionalities and Field Service Management. Hybrid work permitted. Qualifications: The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Informatics, Information Technology, Geographic Information System, or a related field and Seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or an acceptable alternate occupation. Position requires the following: 7 years’ experience implementing ServiceNow with at least 2 large customers; Experience with high volume of transactional data, high master data volume multi-instance architecture, multiple capabilities (products) enabled, and a large amount of integrations. 2 years’ experience implementing FSM@ServiceNow; Solid understanding of and experience with dispatching business processes; Strong technical acumen of ServiceNow platform design and concepts; ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA); ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD); ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Field Service Management (CIS-FSM); ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA); Experience working in (large) geographically distributed teams; Requires the ability to navigate timezone and cultural differences to ensure efficient delivery;Strong technical acumen of ServiceNow platform design and concepts.
