How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Atuar no time jurídico da ALB, assumindo o papel de principal parceiro(a) de negócios da área de Suprimentos (Procurement). Liderará a estruturação, negociação e elaboração de contratos de média e alta complexidade com diversos objetos, além de apoiar demandas estratégicas de compra de insumos críticos e gestão de riscos corporativos.Principais Responsabilidades Parceria com Suprimentos: Ser o ponto focal jurídico para a equipe de Procurement, garantindo agilidade e segurança jurídica nas negociações. Elaboração e Negociação Contratual: Minutar e revisar contratos de alta e média complexidade, cobrindo uma ampla variedade de objetos (prestação de serviços, fornecimento, doações, patrocínios, parcerias estratégicas, etc.). Due Diligence e Compliance: Conduzir e analisar processos de due diligence de terceiros e fornecedores, identificando e mitigando riscos contratuais e reputacionais. Mercado de Energia e Gás: Prestar suporte jurídico na negociação de contratos de compra e venda de energia elétrica e gás natural. Seguros Corporativos: Apoiar a gestão jurídica das apólices de seguros da companhia, acompanhando renovações, coberturas e sinistros. ______________________________ Do you have these requirements? Graduação em Direito com inscrição ativa na OAB. Sólida experiência em Direito Empresarial/Contratual focado em grandes negociações e compras corporativas. Inglês Fluente Conhecimento ou vivência prévia com contratos de energia, gás e/ou seguros corporativos será um diferencial relevante.
