Responsibilities: Partner with the Lean Manager and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance. Lead and support Kaizen events, problem-solving activities, and process improvement projects that eliminate waste and improve operational efficiency. Analyze manufacturing and operational data to identify trends, uncover improvement opportunities, and support data-driven decision making. Develop and maintain standardized work, visual management systems, and 5S practices that improve consistency and performance across the facility. Collaborate with operations, engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to optimize workflows, reduce downtime, and improve process capability. Track improvement project progress, action items, and key performance metrics to ensure initiatives deliver measurable and sustainable results. Coach and engage employees at all levels in Lean thinking, continuous improvement principles, and practical problem-solving techniques. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered. Two or more years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Quality, or a related manufacturing environment. Working knowledge of Lean principles and tools such as 5S, Standard Work, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Visual Management, Root Cause Analysis, and Waste Reduction. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements. Experience leading projects, facilitating teams, or driving process improvements in a manufacturing environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools; Lean or Six Sigma certification is a plus but not required.
