Job Summary: As a Content Review Operations Specialist in the Global Digital Hub, you play a vital role in supporting the end-to-end medical, legal, and regulatory approval operations and digital asset administration. In this role, you act as a customer-facing point of contact for internal stakeholders, affiliates, and external agencies, providing operational support, enabling users to navigate Veeva Vault PromoMats (VVPM), and managing key content approval tasks such as claims approval and metadata alignment. The Opportunity: Support content approval workflows by serving as an operational touchpoint for materials undergoing medical, legal, and regulatory review, and partner with Content Review Operations Coordinators and leads to drive continuous improvement and efficiency across the review cycle. Manage claims-related processes, including claims approval, metadata alignment, auto-linking, quality checks on bulk claims documents, and maintenance of reference libraries. Validate and steward content metadata and business rules to support modular content product standards and ensure alignment with campaign needs. Provide VVPM system administration and user management support as a primary operational point of contact, helping users navigate the platform and managing inquiries related to access, permissions, account updates, deactivations, and document ownership transfers. Triage, resolve, or escalate user tickets and technical inquiries; guide users to relevant documentation, job aids, SOPs, process guidelines, and training resources; track recurring issues or enhancement opportunities; and maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders, regional affiliates, and external agency partners. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 3+ years of professional experience in content operations, digital asset management, content review/approval processes, project coordination, or marketing operations. Practical experience using content management and review/approval platforms such as Veeva Vault PromoMats or similar tools as a key system for digital asset workflows; Veeva Vault Platform or similar admin certification is a plus. Strong customer-service orientation, interpersonal communication, stakeholder support, problem-solving, and feedback management skills, with the ability to guide stakeholders through technical and operational workflows clearly. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and analytical capabilities, with proven ability to manage day-to-day administrative and operational tasks in collaborative environments. Desired: experience in pharma, biotech, life sciences, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries; familiarity with MLR review lifecycles, claims management, and compliance standards; and an adaptive, agile mindset with interest in continuous process improvement.
