Job Details: Job Description: Role Summary: The Foundry Program Manager will play a critical role in advancing Intel Foundry transformation initiatives by driving operational excellence, governance, business process execution, and data-driven decision-making for OSAT-like service offerings. This role is responsible for sustaining service management frameworks, enabling business insights through analytics, enhancing reporting discipline, and ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration among manufacturing, engineering, finance, automation, and business operations teams. In addition to supporting strategic Foundry transformation objectives, this position requires a strong factory integrator capable of leading and executing new product introductions, process transfers, and technology validation in Assembly and Test Manufacturing sites and being as SPOC to connect upstream facilities within APTM for NPI programs. The successful candidate will serve as a key bridge between development and HVM, ensuring technologies, platforms, and products achieve certification readiness and operational excellence prior to production ramp in ATM. This role combines strategic program leadership with hands-on manufacturing integration expertise, enabling successful execution of Foundry business models and operational transformation initiatives defined by the ATM Foundry Program Office. Key Responsibilities: Foundry Program Focus •Lead day-to-day execution of Foundry service programs, ensuring effective governance, operational discipline, and performance management. •Own service metrics, data quality, dashboards, and business-value reporting for operational and executive reviews. •Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, Automation, and Business Operations teams to ensure accurate service tracking, value realization, and business alignment. •Support service monetization, cost modeling, and business process governance to enable scalable Foundry operations. •Drive continuous improvements that enhance service visibility, customer responsiveness, and operational efficiency. •Develop executive updates, scorecards, benchmarking analyses, and program reviews to support strategic decision-making. •Maintain service playbooks, operating procedures, and training materials to ensure consistent execution and long-term program sustainability. ATM Integration Focus: •Lead New Product Introduction/Integration, factory startup, and process transfer activities across development and manufacturing organizations. •Own NPI execution, roadmap, milestones, and readiness reviews from initial launch through HVM. •Serve as the SPOC for assigned programs, driving stakeholder alignment, risk management, and issue resolution. •Partner with Product Design, PDT, ATTD, Manufacturing, Automation, and Quality teams to ensure product, process, and manufacturing readiness. •Lead technical reviews and data-driven problem solving to resolve product and process challenges. •Ensure ES, QS, PRQ, PROD, certification, quality, performance, and customer requirements are achieved. Drive continuous improvement of NPI systems, processes, and operational excellence through post-launch learning and Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related technical field. •5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, engineering, manufacturing operations, business operations, or program management. •Strong analytical, problem-solving, reporting, and stakeholder management skills. •Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs and drive execution in a complex manufacturing environment. • Preferred Qualifications •Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, Foundry, OSAT, NPI, or factory operations. •Knowledge of product/process integration, manufacturing readiness, and technology transfer processes. •Experience with KPI dashboards, business analytics, governance frameworks, and operational reporting. •Understanding of service-based business models, operational benchmarking, and customer-facing manufacturing operations. •Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and business process documentation tools.
