Working Student (m/w/d) in Software Testing – Sports Medicine

Work Flexibility: Onsite What you will do Support Verification & Validation (V&V) Efforts – Assist with pre-V&V and V&V activities for Stryker Sports Medicine’s Enabling Technologies products, including understanding the software product, executing formal and informal tests, and comparing results to expected outcomes. Manual Test Case Development – Support the creation and updating of manual test cases (stretch goal). Automation Support – Contribute to automation efforts by developing scripts for automated testing. Team Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams to ensure testing aligns with product requirements and standards. Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate records of testing activities, results, and observations. Continuous Learning – Quickly learn new tools, technologies, and processes relevant to testing and product development. What you will need Required qualifications: Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering. General interest in software and digital technologies. Basic software development knowledge, preferably in Python. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus). High reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently execute repetitive tasks with precision. Critical and analytical thinking with the ability to learn quickly. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Preferred qualifications: Experience with Jira, Squish, and/or Git. Prior exposure to software testing or automation scripting is a plus.
