Job description
Main responsibilities: Support the execution of scientific strategic partnership plans with Centers of Excellence (CoE) hospitals and academic institutions, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of collaborative initiatives aligned with the overall scientific strategy. Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of scientific partnership projects, ensuring milestones are met, resources are allocated effectively, and all activities are conducted in accordance with compliance and ethical standards. Identify and assess potential partnership opportunities with CoE hospitals, academic institutions, and professional societies, and provide recommendations to the Head based on unmet medical needs and scientific value. Support the establishment and maintenance of academic platforms by coordinating scientific activities between Sanofi and external partners. Build and maintain working relationships with key opinion leaders, clinical experts, and external partners to support the delivery of partnership activities and reinforce Sanofi's scientific presence. Act as a day-to-day scientific liaison with external partners, coordinating communications, follow-ups, and project updates to ensure smooth execution of collaborative initiatives. Work closely with cross-functional teams including Medical therapeutic area teams, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Marketing, and Market Access to coordinate and integrate partnership project activities within broader strategy plans. Proactively monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and escalate to the Head with proposed solutions to ensure successful project delivery. Ensure all partnership activities and communications adhere to compliance requirements, ethical standards, and Sanofi's policies, maintaining meticulous documentation and governance records. Education: Master's degree or above in Clinical Medicine, Biopharmaceutical Science, or related field Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry, with experience in medical affairs preferred. Solid experience in project management and coordination of cross-functional initiatives in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting. MSL or MA experience in external stakeholder engagement Core competencies: Strong project management and execution skills, with a proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within scope. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Results-oriented with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and compliance. Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, with the capacity to identify issues and propose practical solutions. Understanding of compliance requirements and ethical standards applicable to medical affairs in the pharmaceutical industry.
