The POC-IT Project Manager is responsible for supporting the implementation, integration, and maintenance of healthcare IT solutions in hospitals and laboratories across the Czech Republic. The role contributes to successful project execution, system performance, customer satisfaction, and digital healthcare initiatives. This position reports to the Service and IT Solution Manager and is part of the RADIOMETER s.r.o. and will be remote work model (based in place of residence and customer sites across the Czech Republic). In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Support implementation and configuration of middleware solutions. Assist with integrations between middleware, HIS, LIS and clinical applications. Collaborate with hospital IT departments and vendors to solve technical issues. Deliver user training and first-level technical support. Support updates, maintenance, documentation and cybersecurity compliance. Participate in innovation and digital healthcare initiatives. The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field; alternatively, secondary technical education with proven relevant professional experience. Knowledge of healthcare IT systems, databases and networking fundamentals. Understanding of HL7, ASTM or POCT1-A standards. Knowledge of Windows Server and SQL fundamentals. Fluent Czech and English. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role Up to 50% travel within the Czech Republic and Slovakia, including occasional overnight stays. Valid driving license. Ability to transport and install IT equipment when required. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: MIRTH Connect or other middleware platforms.
