Job description
Location: Hefei / Anhui Responsibilities and duties: Job Description Metrology tools installation and Support equipment, hardware and applications qualifications/troubleshooting during installation Support equipment warranty and post warranty support at customers' sites Manage customers relationships and escalations Promote Unity service options and CIPs supporting sales Customer training ; Tool upgrade ; Lead meeting for technical discussion ; Hold weekly or monthly customer meeting etc. Account management & Tools situation update Prerequisites: Good attitude in working and good team-work ability Some experience in maintaining and supporting semiconductor equipment preferred Willingness to travel Languages (both written and spoken): Chinese and English
