Job description
Skill set (Must to have): Ability to independently handle requirements, design, development and testing phases of embedded software development. Strong C programming skills for ARM Cortex microcontrollers. Bare metal programming skills for high-performance real-time systems (development on FPGA, emulators and silicon). Good understanding of one or more of the following communication protocols and driver development expertise for the same: I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, LIN, Ethernet. Knowledge of configuration management tools such as GIT. Familiarity with Agile methodology and Atlassian tools. Electronics knowledge (e.g. reading board schematics, hardware troubleshooting). Experience using test equipment (Oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol analysers, debuggers etc. to debug the hardware software interface). Excellent problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills and a team player. Skill set (Good to have) Knowledge of other programming languages such as Java, Python. Experience in implementing bootloaders. Experience in implementing Inter Processing communication frameworks. Experience in implementing low power schemes in software. Knowledge of AUTOSAR standards. Experience in developing AUTOSAR MCAL drivers, hardware abstraction and service layer components. Experience in developing AUTOSAR Applications using an AUTOSAR OS. Experience in usage of AUTOSAR configuration, validation and code generation tools such as EB tresos. Experience in implementing sensor time synchronisation schemes in software. Knowledge Zephyr and FreeRTOS. Familiarity with DOORS, Collabnet and DesignSync. Knowledge of signal processing, particularly Radar processing. Knowledge of ADAS usecases. Education & Experience Bachelor/Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field. 4+ yrs experience, preferably in a semiconductor development environment. #LI-DNI
