Job Description SummaryThe Commercial Operations Associate will support the execution and continuous improvement of commercial operations processes, systems, and initiatives. This role plays a key part in enhancing sales effectiveness, maintaining operational excellence, supporting business planning and forecasting activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with commercial, finance, distributor, and cross-functional teams while gaining broad exposure to commercial operations, analytics, process improvement, and digital tools. Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities • Support the execution and continuous improvement of Commercial Operations processes, systems, and operational mechanisms. • Contribute to sales force effectiveness initiatives and support the administration of SFDC (CRM) processes while maintaining high standards of data accuracy and integrity. • Support sales funnel reviews, business pulse checks, and forecasting activities through timely analysis and coordination with key stakeholders. • Assist in the development of reports, dashboards, and business insights using Power BI and other digital tools. • Contribute to process simplification initiatives and support the sharing of best practices across the organization. • Partner with distributors and commercial teams to support sales planning, forecasting, and operational execution. • Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of operational processes, work instructions, and procedures to promote standardization and efficiency. • Support quality, compliance, and business ethics processes in accordance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements. • Identify, escalate, and support the resolution of quality or compliance-related concerns when appropriate. • Support the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Quality Management System (QMS) requirements. Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Finance, or a related discipline. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. • Experience with Power BI, Salesforce, Excel, or similar business tools is preferred. • Exposure to Power BI, Salesforce, CRM platforms, data analytics, reporting tools, or process improvement initiatives through internships, academic projects, or extracurricular activities is considered an advantage. • Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn new systems, technologies, and business processes. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. • Strong command of written and spoken English.
